Vår syn på Styrelsearbete?
Det kanske viktigaste för ett bra styrelsearbete är att styrelse och enskilda styrelseledamöter vet vad uppdraget går ut på, dvs att de vet vilken uppgift de har i bolaget. Många anser att ”alla vet väl vad styrelsen gör”. Men det är viktigt att bryta ner arbetet och förstå att en styrelsepost är ett förtroende där man ska ta vara på alla intressenters intressen, inte bara ägarnas. Uppdragsgivaren är bolaget som helhet, såsom de anställda, miljö och samhälle.
